About this training
Teaching people how to cooperate in a constructive way is the target of Expert Academy's teambuilding program. Thanks to our long-standing experience with working with groups and building of teams on various levels within an organisation, we were able to build up our own expertise to ensure that teams can function in a more efficient and effective way.
Each teambuilding program is tailor-made and takes into account the nature and the specific needs of your organisation and the team in particular.
Teambuilding activities may vary in duration (ranging from a couple of hours up to several days). Some organisations opt for Teambuilding as a kick off for intensive training sessions in smaller groups.
Program
Expert Academy provides tailor-made training sessions and adapts to the program of the client organisation. Each organisation is different and requires different accents with regard to teambuilding exercises, tasks and activities. We gladly listen to your needs, expectations and questions.

With this workshop, we leave the traditional training and education paths. Creativity, Inspiration and Improvisation are the keywords of this active workshop. Expert Jan Buermans makes the link between improvisation theatre and the world of business. His specific training method utilizes physical expression and is based on our real living and working experiences. This is a unique DO-workshop with an unforgettable impact.
Consultative Selling
What: the ideal way to give a boost to your sales team

This workshop was developed by Nasa and operates at different levels. It is an exercise in teambuilding, communication, assertiveness and self-confidence.
How do you, as a team, deal with problematic situations under extreme circumstances, when both time and resources are limited?
Our expert, Mr. Franky Van Hoecke, makes sure that the participants to this workshop will land safely.
Target group
Teambuilding is aimed at existing or newly composed teams, from all sectors. The participants may or may not know each other, but they share a common goal. Cooperation, communication and team spirit require extra attention.

A teambuilding trajectory will always be elaborated according to the specific needs of your organisation. PRACTICAL - Teambuildings can be organized either at the workplace or in a residential setting, whether in Belgium or abroad. Expert Academy recommends to choose an external location, in order to take some distance from daily routine. Upon your request, we can also propose a suitable location.
