About this training
HBDI, the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, is a validated management model that maps our thinking preferences.
This is very important because our thinking preferences determine our actions, our communication and our perception.
Anyone who is aware of his or her personal HBDI profile, can rely on a solid foundation to further development in terms of problem solving, leadership, people management, communication, sales, creativity, team building and motivation.
HBDI is an amazing tool that not only provides insight into your own thinking, but that you also can put into practice immediately.

1. Your personal HBDI Profile
- Based on a prior test online, your personal HBDI profile determined.
- You will discover the strengths and focus of your profile within your own job
2. HBDI as a tool to better understand others
- Establishing a better understanding and cooperation with different profiles of colleagues, customers, employees and managers.
- The impact of people with a different profile and how to constructively deal with these differences
- How to adapt my profile to that of my interlocutor
3. Communicate with more impact
- Adapt my communication to have more impact on others
- Tools and techniques to communicate more efectively
- Use of non-verbal communication
- How to find just those words that have more impact on the others
- Communicating with more quality to engage customers, colleagues, managers and employees.
Target group
This training is suitable for anyone who wants to communicate more efficiently in order to have more impact in a positive and stimulating way.

Approach
Participants will have access to the official HBDI® assessment, which evaluates and describes the degree of preference individuals have for thinking in each of the four brain quadrants.
After completing the assessment, you will receive a comprehensive Profile Package containing your personal HBDI® Profile results along with in-depth interpretation of the results and activities for further exploration and development.
