Target group
This programme was developed for internal trainers and instructors, training supervisors and managers, teachers and professors who often stand in front of groups in a teaching context, consultants and trainers for training institutions, in short anyone who seeks to improve their way of getting across their teaching material to groups of people in a more efficient and to the point manner.
Approach
A mix of theory, practical camera exercises, and an exchange of experiences between all trainees and the trainer will help you to analyse your current approach and add tips and tricks to your toolbox which will lift your training style to a higher level.
This training session is all about everyday reality. Trainer and trainees will exchange experiences, reflect upon their training methods and discuss essential theoretical concepts. You are asked to present a 10 minute training session from your own field of expertise, which you will have prepared at home.
Both trainer and fellow trainees will provide valuable and constructive feedback.
