When employees start working more and more independent of time and place, it is necessary as a manager or team leader to set different accents in managing teams remotely. This course is for new and experienced managers responsible for remote teams. This course is available in both an online and offline workshop. We offer a unique 'live online' approach, in which participants work with the trainer via live video sessions.
