About this training

Resilience is an essential part of a healthy and thriving team. Research shows that resilient people cope better with challenges, show greater flexibility, achieve sustainable results and cope better with stress or change in the workplace. They perform more effectively, have a more positive outlook on life and feel more committed to their work. The good news is that resilience can be developed.

Resilience training helps employees to better recognise and overcome obstacles. By developing focus and a positive mindset, they manage to overcome challenges and changes with more strength and control.

This workshop provides insights and techniques to discover and maintain our resilience.

In this practice-oriented workshop you will learn how to build resilience.

  • The power of emotional intelligence, self-empathy and empowering beliefs
  • Building self-confidence and purpose
  • Creating a support network
  • Personal action plan

Target group

This course is for anyone who wants to improve his or her career and skills by building more resilience. This can be both personally and within a team.

Approach

This highly experiential programme includes a variety of practical learning methods. Participants have extensive opportunities to "learn by doing", practising the skills and receiving constructive feedback. At the end of the workshop, you leave with a personal action plan.
