We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. The following conditions apply to cancellations or rescheduling:
- Up to 30 days before the training → Free cancellation or rescheduling.
- Between 29 and 14 days before the training → 50% of the agreed fee is due.
- Less than 14 days before the training → 100% of the fee is due.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be confirmed in writing (by email or letter).
